Privacy is of great importance to PSnM BV, we apply the requirements and guidelines in accordance with the privacy legislation. This means that your data is stored securely and never used for external purposes.

Personal data that being processed

PSnM BV may process personal data about you because you use the services of PSnM BV, and/or because you provide these to PSnM BV yourself when filling out a contact form on the website. PSnM BV can process the following personal data:

Why PSnM BV needs data

PSnM B.V. processes your personal data in order to be able to contact you if you request it, and to be able to contact you by e-mail.

How long does PSnM BV store your data

In any case, your data will not be stored for longer than one year if no agreement is or has been concluded with you.

Share your data with third parties

Recording your website/application visit

On the website of PSnM BV, general visitor data are not recorded.
The moment of logging in is recorded on the website of the modules, including your IP address and e-mail address, if necessary we also record the use for reports.
PSnM BV uses this information to allow the modules to function in connection with your personal settings and agreement.
In the case of superusers, the creation and modification of users is recorded in order to comply with legal obligations.

Google analytics

PSnM BV do not use Google Analytics with the modules.

Viewing, modifying or deleting data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to info@psnm.nl or to your reseller.
PSnM BV will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. In addition, you can also ask your superuser of the modules you use to view your data. Your Superuser can change and delete your email address. When removing your email adress, you can no longer use them as agreed.

Removal shall not affect the license agreement as previously agreed.

Security

PSnM BV takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized alteration.
PSnM's website uses a reliable SSL Certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands.
